Does PIM replace our ERP?
No, and it shouldn’t. Your ERP stays the source of truth for item numbers, pricing and stock. PIM imports from it on a schedule, then you enrich products and publish them to your channels and kiosks.
How do integrations work?
Each integration has field mappings, value maps and ownership rules that decide what moves and which system controls each field. Today PIM imports from DK, WooCommerce and Plytix and publishes to Medusa in near real time. Shopify, Wolt and Business Central are coming soon.
Which products does a channel receive?
A channel only receives products that have every field its mapping requires, so incomplete products never go live. Segments group products by rules for your kiosks and the API, and stay up to date on their own.
What product data can we model?
Create as many attributes as you need: short and rich text, integers, decimals, yes/no, dates, media, dropdowns and multi-select tags, grouped into families. It works for simple retail ranges and deep technical catalogs alike.
Can I use my own AI?
Yes. PIM is API-first, so you can connect Claude, ChatGPT or your own models to read products and write changes back. Connect Claude or ChatGPT by pasting one URL and signing in with PIM, or use the REST API. You can disconnect at any time.
What is the PIM kiosk?
An app that turns a tablet into an in-store product browser. It uses your segments for navigation, runs a branded template, shows an attract loop when idle, and keeps working offline.
Can we change plans as the catalog grows?
Yes. Move to a larger plan as your catalog, team or integrations grow, without rebuilding your product model or integrations.
